Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a qualified and experienced person for a Sales Account Executive position to join our team. The successful candidate must take initiative, be highly motivated, and be focused on building relationships to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration. Looking for candidates eager to grow with our company, and take a leadership role in managing sales and relationship development. As a member of our team, you will be actively establishing, developing and maintaining new prospective customers and existing customers to generate new business for DoorSpot’s services.

• Base Salary + Bonus + Commission (For both new sales and retention)

• 2+ years of direct sales, preferably in SaaS or similar area
• Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, campaigns, and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM practices to build pipelines and productive business relationships
• Proven record of consistent sales goal/quota achievement and exceeding revenue objectives
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
• Driven to improve yourself and our company

• Experience with Hubspot
• Solid leadership potential

Account Executives are responsible for driving new business by achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for users and prospects, including:

• Build and manage a 3X pipeline, including sales forecasting tracked through our CRM
• Build sales funnels through individual prospecting efforts; including but not limited to: client referrals, marketing leads, webinars and cold calling
• Represent DoorSpot with professionalism and integrity
• Possibly participate in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and other events
• Negotiate sales and/or service agreements
• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency, be highly motivated, and take initiative
